At Save Our Service, we are currently looking for a Full Time Certificate III Educator to join a beautiful centre in Lilyfield NSW! You’ll have the opportunity to pursue your passion and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children.

Key Responsibilities
Working closely with your fellow Educators and Centre Manager, you will:
- Inspire children through play-based learning and engaging experiences.
- Plan and implement programs that empower children to lead their learning.
- Create a safe, inclusive environment that encourages creativity and resilience.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Document and celebrate children’s developmental milestones.
- Lead the curriculum and ensure practices align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
About You
You’re energetic, caring and dedicated to fostering children’s growth through creative, adaptable, and inquiry-based tailored learning. You thrive in a collaborative environment, contributing positively to a respectful and supportive culture. Empathetic and patient, you take pride in building positive, trusting relationships with children and their families.
To be eligible, you’ll need a Completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, Current First Aid and CPR Certificate, Current Working with Children Check as well as a Child Protection Certificate.
